Frequently asked questions

Which wheelbases does it fit?

MOZA, Fanatec and the Simucube 2 lineup - Sport, Pro and Ultimate, but not Simucube 3 - and you choose which mount it ships with when you order. MOZA covers the R3, R5, R9 and R12; Fanatec covers the CSL DD, GT DD Pro/Extreme, ClubSport DD/DD+, ClubSport V2 and V2.5, Podium DD1/DD2, CSL Elite and any other Fanatec wheel with the standardised peripheral mounting holes. The MOZA R16 and R21 are a different mounting face and are not covered - message me before ordering rather than assuming.

Is this device plug and play?

After setup, yes; Windows recognises the device the moment it is plugged in, and a free piece of software called SimHub runs in the background to send it live game data. You can watch a video tutorial or contact me for any assistance.

Does it come with mounting hardware?

Yes, both pairs of bolts and the allen key. The mount arrives already bolted to the unit on its two M4s, and the two bolts that fix it to the wheelbase are in the box, sized for the base you chose. Nothing to buy and nothing to assemble.

Does it work with rally games like EA Sports WRC or DiRT Rally?

Yes. It runs off SimHub, which supports the major rally titles including EA Sports WRC, DiRT Rally 2.0 and Richard Burns Rally. Rally is where a physical gear readout earns its keep: you are looking at the road and the pace notes, not hunting for a number on a screen.

Does it come with a USB-C cable?

No. Please use a USB-C data transfer cable - a charging cable will not work.

Shift Lights Indicator Pro

The physical sim racing dashboard - gear number and shift lights at a glance - on the ReMount system. The mount is a part you can change: two M4 bolts hold it into brass inserts in the body, the same fixing the Shift Lights Pro uses. Choose MOZA, Fanatec or Simucube 2 when you order and it arrives fitted, so there is nothing to assemble.
